Gateway integration requests

This topic describes how to request the integration of a new payment gateway or payment method. If the gateway or method that you require is not listed, Rebilly will integrate it free of charge. To browse, see Gateways and Payment methods,

Send an integration request

    • Documentation.
    • Test credentials.

    • Additional information that may be required.
  3. In the subject, use this format: [Your company name] Gateway integration request for [Gateway], urgency level [critical, high, medium, or low]. Rebilly's automated system will categorize and prioritize your request based on this information.

Rebilly will respond to your email and confirm receipt within 24 hours. We will alert you when the integration is in progress, and also when the integration is complete and ready for testing.

The integration depends on the urgency level, and the existing integration requests. Below is an estimated timeline based on urgency level.

Urgency levelEstimated time to completionSelect when:
Critical1-2 weeksYou may lose significant customers without this integration.
High2-3 weeksA project may be delayed without this integration resulting in a cost at your end. Customers have requested this integration.
Medium3-4 weeksMore that one customer has requested this integration but are happy to wait a short period.
Low4-8 weeksYou have noticed that this integration may be useful, but it is not yet a requirement for you to do business. A customer has requested this integration.
  4. Send the email to support@rebilly.com.

    Important

If your subject line does not contain the phrase 'gateway integration request', it will be sent to a general mailbox and may cause delays.
