KYC reports

This topic describes how to view and use KYC reports.

Use KYC reports to view and interact with detailed KYC data.

This feature is available for the Rebilly KYC and AML features only. To activate, contact Rebilly.
The KYC and AML features may be used together or separately.

View acceptance summary reports

Use this process to analyze data on KYC acceptance.

  1. In the left navigation bar, press Reports .
  2. In the KYC reports section, press Acceptance summary.
  3. In the top right of the screen, press the date picker, then select a date range.
    To make a quick date range selection, on the right of the date picker, press then make a selection.

View rejection reasons summary reports

Use this process to analyze data on KYC rejection reasons.

  1. In the left navigation bar, press Reports .
  2. In the KYC reports section, press Rejection reasons summary.
  3. In the top right of the screen, press the date picker, then select a date range.
    To make a quick date range selection, on the right of the date picker, press then make a selection.

View KYC request summary reports

Use this process to analyze data on KYC request summaries.

  1. In the left navigation bar, press Reports .
  2. In the KYC reports section, press Request summary.
