# KYC settings Use KYC settings to configure or adjust KYC document threshold and weight options. For more information, see [KYC](/docs/kyc-and-aml/kyc). All KYC documents start the verification process with a score of `100`. This score represents the degree of confidence in the document. If a check fails, the score is reduced by the corresponding weight. For example, if the `First name` check weight is set to `5`, and the check fails, the KYC document score becomes `95`. To view the score of documents that are in review, reviewed, pending review, or failed, see [View KYC document proof scores](/docs/data-tables/manage-kyc#view-kyc-document-proof-scores). This feature is available for the Rebilly KYC add-on only. To activate KYC, [contact Rebilly](/support/). ## Choose document gatherer UI Use this process to specify which user interface version to use for the KYC document gatherer application. The document gatherer is where customers upload their KYC documents. Both versions are designed for mobile and desktop devices. For more information, see [KYC document gatherer](/docs/kyc-and-aml/kyc-document-gatherer). 1. In the left navigation bar, press . 2. In the **KYC & AML** section, press **KYC & AML**. 3. In the **Document gather UI** section, select the version of the document gatherer to use: - **Version 1**: Classic design. - **Version 2**: Modern design, optimized for the best user experience on both mobile and desktop devices. ## Configure identity document verification scores Use this process to configure the score by which an identity proof document passes or fails the verification process. Adjust the weights based on the proof checks you determine are most important. 1. In the left navigation bar, press . 2. In the **KYC & AML** section, press **KYC & AML**. 3. In the **Identity proof scores** section, on the right of the screen, press **Edit**. 4. In the **Thresholds** section, define accept and reject thresholds: - In the **Accept above** field, enter the overall score by which an identity proof document passes the verification process. - In the **Reject below** field, enter the overall score by which an identity proof document fails the verification process. 5. In the **Weights** section, define address proof check weights by entering values for each field. When a proof check fails, the weight value is subtracted from the overall score of the identity proof document. This overall score, and the thresholds, determines whether an identity proof document passes or fails verification. For more information, see [Identity document checks](/docs/kyc-and-aml/kyc#identity-document-checks). 6. At the bottom on the screen, press **Save**. ## Configure address verification scores Use this process to configure the score by which an address proof document passes or fails the verification process. Adjust the weights based on the proof checks you determine are most important. 1. In the left navigation bar, press . 2. In the **KYC & AML** section, press **KYC & AML**. 3. In the **Weights** section, define address proof check weights by entering values for each field. When a proof check fails, the weight value is subtracted from the overall score of the address proof document. This overall score, and the thresholds, determines whether an address proof document passes or fails verification. For more information, see [Address document checks](/docs/kyc-and-aml/kyc#address-document-checks). 6. At the bottom on the screen, press **Save**. ## Configure Amplitude Analytics Use this process to configure Amplitude Analytics for a website. When a customer from this website visits the [KYC document gatherer](/docs/kyc-and-aml/kyc-document-gatherer) page, related events are passed to your Amplitude Analytics project. Amplitude Analytics is a digital analytics platform that helps businesses to understand and improve user behavior within their digital products. For more information, see [amplitude.com](https://amplitude.com/). 1. In the left navigation bar, press . 2. In the **My organization & websites** section, press **My organization & websites**. 3. In the **Websites** section, to the right of one of the websites, press , then press **Amplitude settings**. 4. In the **Amplitude settings** section, select the **Activate Amplitude Analytics** checkbox. 5. In the **API key** field, enter the API key of an Amplitude project. 6.
