This topic describes how to use the search in the Rebilly UI. Use the search to find pages, data tables, and events in the rules engine, and to search for customers, invoices, orders, and transactions.
Use this process to find a page, a data table, or an event in the rules engine.
The search results include all pages that are in the left navigation bar, the data tables in your organization, and the events in the rules engine.
Search results include only the information that is available to you based on your user permissions. For more information, see User permissions.
- Log in or sign up to Rebilly.
- In the top navigation bar, press the search field.
Alternatively, when no other field is in focus, press/orson your keyboard.

Matching pages, data tables, and events in the rules engine are displayed under the search field. - Press a result to open it.
Use this process to search for customers, invoices, orders, and transactions.
Log in or sign up to Rebilly.
In the top navigation bar, press the search field.
Enter a name, an email address, or an ID.
Select an option:
- Search a single resource: Press customers, invoices, orders, or transactions.
The results page opens with that tab active. - Search every resource: Press Enter.
Matching records are displayed under the search field, grouped by resource.
To open the results page, press See all results, or press Enter a second time.
- Search a single resource: Press customers, invoices, orders, or transactions.
The results page displays up to 30 records for each resource. Use the tabs above the results to narrow the view to All, Customers, Invoices, Orders, or Transactions. A tab change filters the records that are displayed and does not start a new search.

| Up arrow and Down arrow | Move through the results. |
| Enter | Open the selected result. When no result is selected, search for records. |
| Tab | Open the selected result, or the first result when none is selected. |
| Esc | Close the results list. |
