Rebilly news, features, and updates for June 2023

Hello, and welcome to the June edition of the Rebilly news, features, and updates blog.

New features

This month, we added the following new features.

Improved balance transactions and fees functionality

We improved balance transactions and fees functionality. You can now: view balance transactions, configure financial settings on gateway accounts, configure settlement settings on fees, and delete fees.

Balance transactions and fees are used for accounting purposes. Once configured, each time a transaction is processed, a corresponding balance transaction is recorded to your accounts. Fees help you to record costs associated with transactions. For more information, see Fees and Balance transactions.

Variable deposit amounts

The Rebilly Instruments JavaScript library now supports variable, customer defined, deposit amounts. For example, an NGO could use this feature in a payment form to allow a donor to specify the amount that they wish to donate. For more information, see RebillyInstruments.mount(deposit: {}).

New payment gateway integrations

Integration requests

Rebilly supports more than 199+ payment gateways and supports 167+ payment methods including ACH, PayPal, and Bitcoin. If you would like to add a payment integration that’s not in our list, complete the request a new payment gateway integration process.
