Manage KYC

This feature is available for the Rebilly KYC add-on only. To activate KYC, contact Rebilly.

Use KYC data tables to view, edit, accept, and reject your customer's KYC documents.

A segment is a filtered view of a data set. To view filters that are applied to a segment: In the top right of the table, click Filters .

By default, KYC data is organized into three segments:

  • Documents in review: Contains KYC documents in review (reviewer id is not empty; review time is empty; status is in pending, in-progress, accepted, rejected; document type is-in identity-proof, address-proof).
  • Reviewed documents: Contains reviewed KYC documents (review time is not empty; reviewer id is not empty; status is in pending, in-progress, accepted, rejected; document type is-in identity-proof, address-proof).
  • Unreviewed documents: Contains unreviewed KYC documents (review time is empty; reviewer id is empty; status is in pending, in-progress, accepted, rejected; document type is-in identity-proof, address-proof).

KYC document interactions

This section describes all interactions that are available in KYC data tables.

Accept or reject a KYC document

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Data tables, then click KYC.
  2. In the ID column, click a KYC document ID.
  3. In the top right of the screen, click Accept document or Reject document.

Update KYC document information

Use this process to update KYC document information. The KYC information will change based on the document type. For more information, see Types of documents.

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Data tables, then click KYC.
  2. In the ID column, click a KYC document ID.
  3. Use the Update column to update the corresponding document field; or click the Customer or Document fields, this will automatically update the corresponding document field.
  4. In the top right of the screen, click Update & accept document or Update & reject document.

Pause or start a KYC document review

Use this process to start, pause, or resume a KYC document review. By default, opening an unreviewed document in KYC tables automatically starts the review process.

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Data tables, then click KYC.
  2. In the ID column, click a KYC document ID.
  3. In the top right of the screen click Pause review, or if the review process is paused, click Start review.

Go to the last unreviewed document

Use this process to directly go to the last unreviewed document.

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Data tables, then click KYC.
  2. In the ID column, click a KYC document ID.
  3. In the top right of the screen, click .

Edit rejection reason

Use this process to edit a KYC document rejection reason.

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Data tables, then click KYC.
  2. In the ID column, click a KYC document ID.
  3. In the KYC document summary, next to Reason click Edit .
  4. Edit the rejection information, then click Confirm rejection.

Copy a KYC document ID

Use this process to copy a KYC document ID.

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Data tables, then click KYC.
  2. In the ID column, click a KYC document ID.
  3. In the KYC document summary, next to Document ID, click Copy customer ID.

Open a KYC document image in original size

Use this process to open a KYC document image, in its original size, in a new tab.

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Data tables, then click KYC.
  2. In the ID column, click a KYC document ID.
  3. In the left of the screen and at the top of the image, click Open original in a new tab .

Rotate KYC document image

Use this process to rotate a KYC document image.

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Data tables, then click KYC.
  2. In the ID column, click a KYC document ID.
  3. In the left of the screen and at the top of the image, click Rotate .

View KYC document proof checks

Use this process to view the automated KYC document proof checks. To configure or adjust KYC document threshold and weight score options, see KYC settings.

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Data tables, then click KYC.
  2. In a KYC table, in the ID column, click a KYC document ID.
  3. In the right of the screen, under the Check passed heading, the proof checks are displayed.

View KYC document proof scores

Use this process to view the automated KYC document proof scores. To configure or adjust KYC document threshold and weight score options, see KYC settings.

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Data tables, then click KYC.
  2. In a KYC table, in the Score column, the proof scores are displayed.
