Payment forms

Use Rebilly hosted payment forms to simplify the process of accepting payments. Rebilly hosts your payment form and ensures that your payments process is secure and PCI compliant.

Create a hosted payment form

Select from the following:

• Use the Rebilly UI to create a hosted payment form link to share with a customer .
• Use the Rebilly API to create a payment form .

Edit a hosted payment form

Use this process to change the settings of a Rebilly hosted payment form.

1. In the left navigation bar, click Setting , then click My organization & websites .
2. On the right of a website, click , and then select Hosted payment form settings
3. Edit the settings.
4. Optionally, if you wish to add coupons to your hosted payment form, toggle the Show coupons slider and select where you would like to display the coupons. For information, see Coupons .
5. Click Save .

Style a hosted payment form

Use this process to update the look and feel of a Rebilly hosted payment form.

1. Add hosted payment form configurations

1. In the left navigation bar, click Setting , then click My organization & websites .
2. In the website list click on the website you want to style your hosted payment form and then select Hosted payment form settings
3. Provide theme properties or custom CSS.
4. Click Save .

2. Add a customer

1. In the left navigation bar, click Data tables , then click Customers .
2. In the right of the screen, click Add customer .
3. Enter the customers details.
4. In the Default payment instrument section, select a payment method and enter details. If you are trying out this product, or want to use payment options based on your active gateway accounts, select None .

3. Create a hosted payment form link

1. In the Data Tables page, click Leads or Customers , then select a customer.
2. In the right of the screen, click , then click Collect payment .
3. Enter the amount and add a description for the payment.
4. Select the Pay with Rebilly hosted payment form option, and click Submit .
5. Click Copy URL .
6. Provide the URL to your customer. The link is valid for 24 hours.

4. View the styled payment form

1. Follow the provided URL to view the custom styles applied by the hosted payment form configurations.

5. Make adjustments

1. In the left navigation bar, click Setting , then click My organization & websites .
2. In the website list, on the website which contains the hosted payment form that you want to style, click , and then select Hosted payment form settings .
3. Provide adjusted theme properties or custom CSS.
4. Click Save .
5. Create a new hosted payment form link, or reload an already valid hosted payment form link.
