Tags

This topic describes how to use tags in Rebilly. Use tags to organize and categorize customers, AML checks, or KYC documents based on keywords.

To tag or view KYC documents or AML checks, you must activate the Rebilly KYC add-on. To activate KYC, contact Rebilly. For more information, see KYC and AML.

To use tags:

  1. Create one or more tags.
  2. Tag or untag.
  3. View tagged customers, AML checks, or KYC documents.

Create a tag

Use this process to create customer, AML check, or KYC document tags.

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Settings .
  2. In the Management section, click Tags.
  3. In the right of the screen, click Create tag.
  4. In the Name field, enter a name for the tag.
  5. In the Type dropdown, select from the following:
    • To create a customer tag: select Customer.
    • To create a KYC document tag: select KYC document.
    • To create an AML check tag: select AML check.
  6. Click Create tag.

Add tags to customers, AML checks, or KYC documents and use tags to filter associated data in Data tables.

Tag or untag customers

Use this process to manually tag or untag customers.

To automatically tag or untag customers based on the occurrence of a specific event, see Create a tag automation.

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Data tables, then click Customers.
  2. In the Name column, click a customer.
  3. Select from the following:
    • Tag a customer:
      1. In the left of the screen, under the customer's address click + Add tag.
      2. Click in the input field and select one or more customer tags.
      3. Click Apply.
    • Untag a customer:
      1. In the left of the screen, under the customer's address.
      2. On the right of a tag, click .

Tag or untag KYC documents

Use this process to tag or untag KYC documents.

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Data tables, then click KYC.
  2. Depending on where the document is located, click Unreviewed documents, Reviewed documents, or Documents in review.
  3. In the ID column, click a KYC document.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen, then select from the following:
    • Add tags: In the Tags dropdown, select one or more tags.
    • Remove tags: In the Tags dropdown, on the right of the tag, click .
  5. Depending on the review status of the document, click Update & reject document or Update & accept document.

Tag or untag AML checks

Use this process to tag or untag AML checks.

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Data tables, then click KYC.
  2. Depending on where the AML check is located, click AML reviewed customers or AML unreviewed customers.
  3. In the ID column, click an AML check.
  4. In the top of the screen, under the AML check ID, select from the following:
    • Add tags: Click + Add tag, add one or more tags, then click Apply.
    • Remove tags: On the right or a tag, click .

View tagged customers, AML checks, or KYC documents

Use this process to view and group tagged customers, AML checks, or KYC documents in Data tables.

  1. Select from the following:
    • View tagged customers:
      1. In the left navigation bar, click Data tables.
      2. Depending on the information you want to filter, click Customers, Payments, or Billing.
    • View tagged AML checks:
      1. In the left navigation bar, click Data tables.
      2. Click AML reviewed customers or AML unreviewed customers.
    • View tagged KYC documents:
      1. In the left navigation bar, click Data tables, then click KYC.
      2. Click Unreviewed documents, Reviewed documents, or Documents in review.
  2. In the top right of the table, click Filters .
  3. Click Add filter.
  4. In the Filter dropdown, type Tags and select it.
  5. In the Operation dropdown, select a condition.
  6. In the Value dropdown, select or add tags.
  7. Click Apply filter.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Optionally, to create a new segment based on the applied filters:
    1. Click Save segment as, enter a name for the new segment.
    2. Click Save.
  10. Optionally, to export the filtered data as a CSV file: In the top right of the screen, click Export.
