Tags
This topic describes how to use tags in Rebilly. Use tags to organize and categorize customers or KYC documents based on keywords.

To tag, or view, KYC documents, you must activate the Rebilly KYC add-on. To activate KYC, contact Rebilly.
To use tags:
Create a tag
Use this process to create customer or KYC document tags.

In the left navigation bar, click
, then click Tags .
- In the right of the screen, click Add tag .
- In the Name field, enter a name for the tag.

In the
Type
dropdown, select from the following:
- To create a customer tag: select Customer .
- To create a KYC document tag: select KYC document .
- Click Add tag .
Tag or untag
Add tags to customers or KYC documents, so that you can filter customers or KYC documents based on their tags in Data tables.
Tag or untag customers
Use this process to manually tag or untag customers.

To automatically tag or untag customers based on the occurrence of a specific event, see Create a tag automation.

In the left navigation bar, click
, then click Customers .
- In the Name column, click a customer.

Select from the following:

Tag a customer:
- In the left of the screen, under the customer's address click + Add tag .
- Click in the input field and select one or more customer tags.
- Click Apply .

Untag a customer: In the left of the screen, under the customer's address, on the tag, click
.

Tag a customer:
Tag or untag KYC documents

In the left navigation bar, click
, then click KYC .
- Depending on the document you want to tag, click Unreviewed documents , Reviewed documents , or Documents in review .
- In the ID column, click a KYC document.

Scroll to the bottom of the screen, then select from the following:
- Add tags: in the Tags dropdown, select one or more tags.

Remove tags: in the
Tags
dropdown, on the tag, click
.
- Depending on the review status of the document, click Update & reject document or Update & accept document .
View tagged customers or KYC documents
Use this process to view and group tagged customers or KYC documents in Data tables.

Select from the following:

View tagged customers: In the left navigation bar, click
, then depending on the information you wish to filter, click Customers , Payments , or Billing .

View tagged KYC documents: In the left navigation bar, click
, then click KYC .

View tagged customers: In the left navigation bar, click

At the top of the table, click
.
- Click Add filter .

Click the
Select filter
dropdown, type
Tags
, then select a tag filter. - In the second dropdown, select a condition.
- In the second dropdown, select one or more customer tags.
- Click Save .
- Optionally, to create a new segment based on the applied filters: click Save segment as , enter a name for the new segment, then click Save .
