Hello, and welcome to the August edition of the Rebilly news, features, and updates blog.

We added the ability to screen customers, employees, and potential employees for compliance. The reports run Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and summarize the results in a downloadable PDF report. For more information, see Compliance screening reports.

You can now view a customer's unallocated credit memo amounts on the customer details page. Amounts are grouped by currency, and you can open related credit memos from each balance. For more information, see View available credit balance.

When you request KYC documents from a customer, you can now set a Request valid until date and time. When the field is empty, the request expires one hour after creation. For more information, see Request KYC documents.

When you upload KYC documents on behalf of a customer, you can now include a selfie with an identity proof document. Customers could already submit a selfie through the KYC document gatherer, or when you request documents using the Request selfie option. This update adds the same capability to the Upload documents flow. Supported document subtypes are Passport, ID card, and Driver license. For more information, see Upload KYC documents.

You can now set payout limits on gateway account details to cap automatic payout allocation. Set a maximum amount per transaction, a maximum amount per rolling 24-hour period, or both. Manual allocations are not capped. For more information, see Set payout limits.

Rebilly now monitors recent sale and authorize transactions on each gateway account for timeout and conn-error results. When those results indicate a connectivity outage, the gateway account is flagged for temporary downtime and transactions route to the next suitable gateway. This protection is always on and does not require configuration. For more information, see Pause gateway accounts during connectivity outages.

Payout request batches now display allocation summaries for each payout request on every tab except Pending and Ready. Each row displays the allocated amount and an allocation status badge. When allocations have different statuses, the badge shows Mixed with a tooltip that lists the status counts. For more information, see View batches.

The FramePay library now includes an element.invalidate() method that marks a payment card field as visually invalid. Use this method when a payment is declined because the CVV or expiration date is incorrect. For more information, see element.invalidate().

The FramePay library now emits a ready event when Apple Pay is available on the device and the Apple Pay button is displayed. Listen for this event to confirm that Apple Pay is available before you show dependent UI. For more information, see Events.

Cashier forms now highlight CVV and expiration date fields when a payment is declined due to a gateway mismatch for those values. This helps customers identify which field to correct before they retry payment. For more information, see Integrate a deposit form.
