Use billing data tables to view, manage, and maintain the billing data of subscriptions.
By default, billing data is split into these segments:
- Active subscriptions: Contains active subscriptions.
- Canceled subscriptions: Contains canceled subscriptions.
- Credit memos: Contains credit memos.
- Journal entries: Contains journal entries.
- Paid invoices: Contains paid invoices.
- Quotes: Contains quotes.
- Refunded invoices: Contains refunded invoices.
- Unpaid invoices: Contains unpaid invoices.
To view segment filters, press Filters in the top right. To add or manage segments, see Segments. For details on the lifecycle and the statuses of an invoice, see Invoice lifecycle.
